How it started

An opportunity taken…

Reva was founded by Jonathan Billing, who after spending many years working in senior marketing management roles for FTSE 100 listed blue chips, medium and SME sized organisations, realised an opportunity to share his knowledge, expertise and experience.
Having worked with many marketing and creative agencies throughout his career, he noticed two common traits – a lack of independent thinking and commercial acumen. He was often told what they thought he wanted to hear, rather than challenging his ideas with credible commercially viable alternatives.
When Jonathan set up Reva, one of his key objectives was to create a marketing agency, built on ‘client side’ industry knowledge and experience, that was not afraid to challenge established ideas and give an honest assessment of a situation. His promise to all Reva clients is ‘honesty’, which is why it’s one of our core values.
